Branding and Graphic Design Case Studies:
Project deliverables: property development branding, marketing, logo design, brochure and advertising
The Scene was a new multi-use property development project comprising of high-quality flats, cafe, restaurant and retail space plus a 9-screen cinema in Walthamstow, East London.
We were asked to give the new development a name, a brand message, look and feel (visual identity) and deliver graphic design services across the full range of marketing communications materials.
The logo became a simple but stylish wordmark based on the art deco styling of the 1020’s from when the original onsite cinema originated. This we combined with a highly visual and distinctive colour and typography combination. The identity toolkit was supported by a strong secondary colour palette, commissioned CAD imagery and art directed original photography.
All these elements were then used to provide the graphic design and marketing support for the development including property development brochure, hoarding design, show office, development website, advertising and fliers.
